Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Game Opportunity Radar as an internal operations dashboard for game discovery, source monitoring, scoring, and content opportunity review.
Authorized Use
Use the service only for lawful operational research, source monitoring, and editorial planning. Do not use it to bypass source protections, collect private user data, or publish content that violates third-party rights.
Source Compliance
Operators are responsible for respecting each source's robots.txt, API documentation, rate limits, and platform terms. Paid or restricted data providers should not be added unless their commercial terms explicitly allow the intended use.
Opportunity Scores
Scores, labels, risk notes, and recommendations are operational signals. They are not legal, financial, or publishing guarantees. Human review is required before creating pages, tools, alerts, or public campaigns from any opportunity.
Credentials And Admin Actions
Keep API keys, OAuth secrets, webhooks, and administrator tokens out of source code and public channels. Admin actions should be made only by authorized operators and should remain traceable through the system's operational logs where available.
Availability
The service may depend on third-party APIs, quotas, queues, Cloudflare infrastructure, and source availability. No uninterrupted service level is promised for the MVP.
No Warranty
Game Opportunity Radar is provided for internal evaluation and operations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
